After the huge success of last year’s inaugural World Schools Golf Challenge (WSGC) in New Zealand, this exciting competition for under-18s returns in 2009, in Australia.
The five day golf challenge, which is open to males and females, is to be held in Adelaide from 13 to 17 April 2009 and leading sports travel operator, Gullivers Sports Travel is offering official tour packages to schools and colleges for the event.
Gullivers’ golf tour co-ordinator, Rob Langley said: “Our WSGC tour packages include sightseeing and activities to ensure the teams enjoy the trip of a lifetime! It’s not just a unique golfing occasion for schools, but an exceptional educational and cultural experience too, in one of the most beautiful countries in the world.”
Gullivers Sports Travel is offering six nights' stay in 3* Adelaide Shores, return flights and entry into the WSGC from £1650 per person. For an additional three night stopover in Perth, en route to Adelaide, including two practice rounds of golf there is a supplement of £545 per person.
